lyrics
I can’t tear myself away
But I’ll tear myself apart
Can’t tear myself away
As I tear myself apart
I like to fall before I stand
with the drugged the dangerous and the damned
Let your maggots feed on me
A little recipe to set you free
Stir with the fat of want and war
Cos I am wed to wanting more
Row me across the blood red river
I can lose myself for ever and ever and ever...
I shake I shout it’s mine I swear
I was given a sign
I shake I shout it’s mine I swear
I was given a sign
I can’t tear myself away
But I’ll tear myself apart
I can’t tear myself away
But I’ll tear myself apart
You’re sick spit on my skin
And the Devil said come on in
You’re sick spit on my skin
And the Devil said come on in
I’m smashing my transmission towers
Cos I’ve been waiting for fucking hours
The microphone’s a microscope
Picking up a dangerous word like hope
Sanctified by the mercy call
“Which way will the city fall?”
As the crow-fed butcher by another name
Was pitching for the custody of pain
I shake I shout it’s mine
I swear I was given a sign
I shake I shout it’s mine
I swear I was given a sign
I can’t tear myself away
But I’ll tear myself apart
I can’t tear myself away
But I’ll tear myself apart
Suck suck on the monkey pump
It's empty but I’m not drunk
Suck suck on the monkey pump
It's empty but I’m not drunk
You’re sick spit on my skin
And the Devil said come on in
You’re sick spit on my skin
And the Devil said come on in
I can’t tear myself away
But I’ll tear myself apart
I can’t tear myself away
But I’ll tear myself apart
The industrial rock heavyweights return with their first album in over 20 years, produced by John Fryer (Nine Inch Nails, Cocteau Twins). Bandcamp New & Notable Mar 16, 2022
Irresistibly dark EBM tailor-made for the Halloween season, this is all driving rhythms, midnight synths and ominous vocals. Bandcamp New & Notable Oct 21, 2023

Very FLA-centric though Cevin’s contributions do shine brightly as well. A worthy successor to the much more minimal Tenebrae Vision, and one of the best albums in the genre so far this year. Jean-Paul DuQuette
